Need Motivation?
Sometimes taking the first step is easy. The first step is just saying "I'm going to do this." While it is a good thing to make resolutions or have goals, it's quite another to act on them day after day after day.
Whether it be losing weight, changing careers, quitting smoking, writing a book or building a world record paper ball (my wife says it's a fire hazard)...it takes discipline.
Completing the commitment, step AFTER first step AFTER next step, is hard. Damn hard. Occasionally, you might question if you can do it at all.
